QMI-SAI Global Assurance Services is the leading Management Systems Registrar in North America, offering internationally recognized third party management systems registration services.

• Web site management: both by loading content on the Web site using a CMS (content management system) as well as overseeing the work of third-party company.
• Coordinate direct mail campaigns, including working alongside designers, print and mail houses, lists resellers.
• Coordinate 20 to 30 tradeshows annually, including all related details: ship tradeshow booth and marketing collateral materials, coordinate dates, negotiate promotional opportunities with show organizers, etc.
• Responsible for following marketing process to load leads in CRM system in a daily basis and be the point fo contact with the sales department for any lead inquiries.
• Coordinate Webinars, including registration, promotional efforts, reports and support during live Webinars.
• Execution of email marketing campaigns using third-party system: load databases, insert content, and launch campaigns.
• Manage process to get articles and load content in company’s intranet site using content management tool.
• Other duties as assigned.

• University degree or Post-Graduate in Marketing or related field
• Three (3) to seven (7) years of relevant experience.
• Working/personal knowledge of social media and how they integrate in the business world.
• Overall understanding of e-mail marketing and the ability to create, deploy and track e-mail campaigns.
• Demonstrated experience with Photoshop and HTML skills
• Working knowledge of Google Adwords
• Experience with a CRM tool.
• Strong written communication skills – ability to write small articles for newsletters, web site postings, internal communication pieces, etc.Ability to muti-task, prioritize and meet/negotiate deadlines.
